3/2/23 - Vintage Year- Changed gaskets on the drawer cooler. Found hvac drain issues in the mechanical room on the 2 hvac units

3/2/23 - Ravello-Cleaned upstairs bar coolers. Need to order caster wheels for these 2 coolers. Video of Job Clickidy Click

 3/3/23 -Vintage Year - Removed and cleaned make up air grills above the fryer and range

3/3/23-Vintage Year- Repaired the range. Gas valve and pilot tubes 

3/6/23-Bluff- Checked reach in cooler . 

3/9/23 - Vintage Year - Cleaned the rooftop hvac for the dining room. This unit has a cooling issue. I will diagnose further when the weather heats up some

3/10/23 -Ravello- Installed caster wheels on the 3 downstairs bar coolers. I am ordering casters for the dishroom cooler and the upstairs bar coolers today

3/14/23 -Ravello- Started the hvac PM. This will take a few weeks. I cleaned the mini split units in the down stairs bar
